Im off for the days adventures with a smile on my face due to sum lovely texts :D yay for wednesdayyyy! Training with miss o! =D

  1. Be sure to bring your running shoes. I intend on completing at least 7 1/2 miles. I hope you can complete at least 3 to 4. Don't worry; I don't expect you to run the whole time (at least half the time)!
